There is help available through the City of Garland Customer Assistance Program (CAP). This program is a partnership between the City and local service agencies. The funds are administered and distributed to qualified customers by these agencies to those experiencing financial hardships. NEW CUSTOMER PORTAL COMING SOON!
The Customer Service Department will soon be introducing a new customer account web portal. When the new system is launched, City of Garland utility customers who use the web-based tool will berequiredto create a new user name and password. The new portal will provide additional utility billing detail, customer account information, options to make a payment and many new features that will enhance the users on-line experience.
